Blake is our optician and he joined our staff in August of 2021. He does an amazing job of making our patients feel great about their new glasses and ensuring that they are both looking and seeing their very best. He is working toward his optician license currently and without a doubt will be successful in acquiring his license and continue to provide our patients with the highest level of optical service available. He is very skilled and has quickly educated himself on the benefits of the top-of-the-line Hoya lenses that we offer our patients.
Adonna has been with us since 2019 and works our front desk, answering the phones, booking appointments, taking care of vision care plans and insurances, and basically making sure everything keeps working as it should. Adonna does a wonderful job of making sure the insurance benefits are in place and the proper filing of benefits is completed for each visit. She makes sure that everybody has their contact lenses ordered and here when they need them.
Melissa joined us in the summer of 2020. She does a great job of getting patients ready to see Dr. Hook and making sure that the flow of your examination is as smooth as can be. She helps out with a great number of things around the office and is always there to help pick up the slack when anyone is in need of an extra hand. She has been a tremendous asset in helping us deal with all of the uncertainty created by the pandemic of 2020.
